Colorado Comprecare Fund
Grants for either program support and/or general operating support for organizations working toward optimal wellness for older adults in Colorado. This is a statewide fund, and organizations in rural and urban areas are encouraged to apply.

Native Led Social Justice Organizing Grant
Funding for social justice organizing projects by native led grassroots organizations in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and/or Wyoming that conduct most of their work in reservation communities and/or rural, small town communities.

CHS Seeds for Stewardship Grants
Matching grants to cooperatives for programs to strengthen hometown communities, with priority given to projects that enhance agriculture safety, farmer well-being, agriculture education, and rural community vitality.

Equitable Community-Designed Outdoor Spaces in Colorado
Planning grants for the design and construction of outdoor spaces, such as playgrounds and parks across Colorado that allow children, youth, and families to become co-designers of their own spaces for physical activity while fostering a sense of community, agency, and belonging. Priority will be given to projects in low-income, communities of color, and rural communities.

Rocky Mountain Power Foundation Grants
Grants for organizations in the Rocky Mountain Power Foundation service area, with a focus on community enhancement, safety/wellness, environment, arts/culture, and education.

Con Alma Health Statewide Grants
Grants for projects designed to improve health and advance health equity for people who live in New Mexico. A focus is on rural areas, tribal communities, immigrant families, and people of color.

A Cultural Approach to Good Health and Wellness in Indian Country
Grants for projects designed to reduce rates of death and disability from chronic diseases and the prevalence of commercial tobacco use, prediabetes, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, oral disease, and other chronic disease risk factors and conditions in American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) communities.

Maine Recovery Council Community Grants
Funding for opioid abatement and remediation programs and activities in Maine. Projects may serve people statewide or within priority counties, many of which are rural.

Tribal Colleges Extension Program: Special Emphasis
Funding for special emphasis extension projects at 1994 Land-Grant Institutions. Projects allow extension offices to be responsive to community needs through projects that address youth, agriculture, economic development, or other issues important to stakeholders.

Delta Dental of Michigan Foundation Brighter Futures Community Grant
Funding for community-based oral health programs in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana, with special consideration given to programs that promote and/or provide oral health for underserved, high-risk populations.
