Purpose

The Primary Care Capital Fund makes loans to help meet the capital needs of nonprofit primary care and behavioral health clinics located in rural and underserved areas of New Mexico.

Eligibility

Eligible primary care and behavioral health clinics include nonprofit facilities, county or municipality owned facilities, school-based health centers, and telehealth sites.
