Welcome to the toolkit for improving Access to Care for Rural People with Disabilities. The intent of this toolkit is to provide rural communities with the information, strategies, resources, and other important materials that could be helpful in implementing a program to improve access to care for people with disabilities.

This toolkit consists of seven modules. Each module contains specific information that communities can use to develop a program to improve access to care for people with disabilities.
