Making a Plan for Sharing Successes

Every program’s dissemination objectives are different. Questions to consider include:

  • Research findings and products: What is going to be disseminated (e.g., findings from the program evaluation, best practices, and products)?
  • End users: Who will use the findings or products? This target audience could vary, from partners, to other programs, to policymakers.
  • Communication: What is the optimal model for sharing the findings? The mode for disseminating findings, products, or best practices will depend on the objective.

Dissemination strategies are often identified within a program's sustainability plan (see Module 4: Sustainability Considerations for Services Integration Programs).
