MultiPlan Rural Health Outreach Grant Program awards funding to help healthcare providers in rural areas introduce or expand services, education, screenings and other programs aimed at improving the health of people in their communities.
Eligible applicants are hospitals, Rural Health Clinics, and Federally Qualified Health Centers participating in any of MultiPlan's healthcare provider networks. Applicants must be located in a rural area.
Total funding available: $40,000
MultiPlan will determine the grant amount and number of recipients during their review of the grant applications.
