Purpose

Sierra Health Foundation Responsive Grants Program awards funding to organizations that improve the health and quality of life of Californians. Proposals should address the social determinants of health, including health disparities found in rural areas. At least 30% of grant funding will be awarded in rural areas.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants include public agencies and 501(c)(3) organizations that are designated as 509(a)(1) or 509(a)(2).
