Idaho Grant Proposal Writing Course Scholarship

The Idaho Bureau of Rural Health and Primary Care provides scholarships to participate in an online Grant Proposal Writing course offered by Fort Hays State University.

Fort Hays State University offers a two-month, online grant proposal writing course that involves no travel. Students study a training manual, watch videos, answer study questions, prepare parts of fictitious proposals, and interact with other students online.

The scholarship is available to staff serving Idaho Critical Access Hospitals, Rural Health Clinics, Federally Qualified Health Centers, and Free Medical Clinics. Eligible applicants also include rural non-profit EMS agencies, rural health grant writers, foundation staff, residency programs, and network representatives serving Idaho’s rural health organizations. State of Idaho employees are not currently eligible for this scholarship program.
