The Wyoming Physician Recruitment Program provides funds to assist agencies with the costs of recruiting physicians to work in medically underserved areas of Wyoming.


Eligible applicants include:

  • For-profit and nonprofit hospitals
  • Physicians
  • Healthcare clinics
  • County and city government agencies
  • Nonprofit organizations
  • In-state physician recruitment agencies

The recruited physician cannot already practice in Wyoming. The only exceptions to this rule are providers completing residency training in Wyoming and military providers.

Up to $50,000.
