Purpose

Whole Kids School Garden Grant Program offers funding for the planning, construction, and operation of edible garden projects for K-12 schools and nonprofit organizations that engage children in grades K-12.

Eligibility

Applications will be accepted from:

  • Charter and public schools, including tribally controlled and Bureau of Indian Education schools
  • Nonprofit private schools
  • Government entities
  • 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that serve at least 10 children in the K-12 grade range on a regular basis
