Purpose

The Joseph D. Greene Community Service Award recognizes individuals, nonprofit health organizations, and community collaboratives in Georgia that work to improve the quality of health and healthcare of those they serve.

Eligibility

Individuals who volunteer or were previously a volunteer for a health-related nonprofit organization are eligible.

Nominated community collaboratives must be comprised of no more than 20 health-related Georgia nonprofit organizations.

Specific eligibility criteria is listed on the program website.
