The Michigan Rural Council offers to complete a community assessment for small and rural communities in Michigan. After the assessment is completed, each community will receive a detailed report including feedback from participants, short-term and long-term goals indicated, and resources and strategies for moving forward.


Small and rural communities in Michigan are eligible to apply.

Communities must agree to a $250 payment to offset travel costs for the facilitation team.
