Purpose

Healthy, Active Native Communities Mini-Grants will support innovative, culturally sensitive approaches to prevent obesity and improve nutrition and physical activity in American Indian/ Alaska Native communities.

Eligibility

Eligibility is limited to Tribal Health Departments. Previous grantees are ineligible.

Up to $8,000.
