As part of the Continuum of Care (CoC) program, HUD will
select up to 25 communities to participate in the Youth
Homelessness Demonstration Program to develop and
implement a coordinated community approach to preventing
and ending youth homelessness. At least 8 of the selected
communities will be rural.
This application process is for community selection only.
Project applications will occur after communities have

county, city, township, and special district governments,
as well as nonprofit organizations.
Applicants must have registered through the most recent
Care (CoC) Program registration process.
