The 2016-2017 Accreditation Support Initiative (ASI) will provide grants and technical assistance to territorial and freely associated state health agencies to design and implement a project to address self‐identified Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) accreditation preparation needs.

Each selected territory or freely associated state will receive technical assistance from the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials and complete activities that demonstrate a measurable increase in the health agency's readiness to achieve accreditation.


Territorial and freely associated state health agencies are eligible to apply.
