The Workplace Wellness Grant provides funding to small businesses in Wisconsin, with 50 or fewer employees, who create workplace wellness programs.

Funding can be used for:

  • Personnel/staff time
  • Health risk assessment
  • Education programs
  • Behavior change programs
  • Equipment
  • Participant incentives
  • Contracted services

Small businesses in Wisconsin with 50 or fewer employees are eligible to apply. Businesses can only receive funding once.

Grants will provide 30% of wellness program costs for one year, up to $15,000.

Application process

Links to additional guidance and the application form are available on the program website. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until December 31, 2018.
