The Northwest Region Recruitment and Retention Learning Collaborative: Building a Culture of Retention is a webinar series and learning collaborative for primary care community health center human resources and management/leadership staff in the Northwest region. Topics covered include recruitment, data, compensation strategies, building a culture of retention, analysis, workforce challenges and successes, and benefits.

Application process

First register for the Recruitment and Retention Webinar Series. Then complete the online registration to participate in the Learning Collaborative.
