Physician Practice Quality Improvement Award Program
Due to the COVID-19 public health crisis, the TMF Health Quality Institute is currently not administering quality improvement award programs.
The Physician Practice Quality Improvement Award Program honors commitment to quality improvement in physician practices, accountable care organizations, or large systems in Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, and Puerto Rico.
Award criteria consists of 4 categories, which align with the categories of the Merit-based Incentive Payment System:
- Quality Measures
- Promoting Interoperability
- Improvement Activities
Eligible applicants are physician practices, accountable care organizations, and large systems in Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, and Puerto Rico.
These awards are honorary. Awardees will receive a commemorative plaque and recognition through a media campaign.
