The Oregon Office of Rural Health provides grants to support innovative projects that will create or enhance services for elders to help them age in place in rural Oregon.
Projects may be entirely new or build upon existing services, but must be innovative and potentially serve as a best practice model to be shared around the state and country. Applications requesting support to maintain existing services will not be considered.
Eligible applicants are organizations and agencies that provide services that allow elders to age in place in rural areas of Oregon.
