Purpose

Minnesota Sexual Violence Prevention Grants provide funding to support community-driven, culturally relevant projects designed to prevent domestic violence and sexual assault.

Funding may be used to:

  • Encourage the development and deployment of new prevention efforts
  • Enhance, sustain, or expand existing prevention efforts

Sexual violence includes:

  • Intimate partner violence
  • Sex trafficking
  • Domestic abuse
  • Sexual assault
  • Abusive international marriages
