Kelly Morman

The Foundation for Appalachian Ohio is working with partners to provide funding to expand WIFI access points in communities across Appalachian Ohio.

One way this may be done is through community anchor institutions such as libraries, schools, community centers, and local governments that install outdoor grade access points to provide internet access to community members.

Eligible applicants include public or nonprofit organizations, or groups working through fiscal sponsorship agreements with public or nonprofit organizations that are located in Appalachian Ohio and served by AEP Ohio.
