Purpose

The Con Alma Health Foundation will provide grants and technical assistance for nonprofit organizations serving New Mexico to support vaccine rollout and community rebuilding efforts. Projects should focus on advancing health equity for vulnerable populations that have been disproportionally impacted by COVID-19 including children and families; Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC); rural; low-income; people with disabilities; immigrants; and elderly populations.

Eligible applicants are nonprofit organizations serving vulnerable populations in New Mexico.
