Rural Wisconsin COVID-19 and Stroke Data Project

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services will provide funding for rural hospitals in Wisconsin to cover expenses for 12 months of access to the Get with the Guidelines® stroke data collection tool developed by the American Heart Association.

This opportunity is part of the Mobile Integrated Health for COVID and Stroke Project.


Eligibility is limited to hospitals in Wisconsin that:

  1. Do not have a current Get with the Guidelines® license as of March 1, 2022
  2. Have 100 beds or less
  3. Are also applying for the Mobile Integrated Health for COVID and Stroke Project

Amount of funding

Total funding available is $70,000 which will be distributed across sites, with an approximate award of $1,000-$1,500 per site to cover the cost of the 12 month license.
