Purpose

Conversations on Rural Health Disparities Micro-Grants will support dialogue, learning, and action planning to address community health needs and persistent health disparities in rural communities in Western and Central New York.

Project examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Bringing an inspiring speaker to the community
  • Providing lunch and stipends at a community meeting
  • Compensating a facilitator to lead an action-oriented workshop
Eligibility

Community based organizations with 501c3 status working in Western and Central New York are eligible to apply.
