Purpose

The Indiana Department of Health will provide doses of intranasal naloxone and naloxone administration training to first responders in rural counties in the state.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants are paid and volunteer first responder organizations that provide services in a rural county in Indiana. A list of the 49 eligible counties is provided in the application instructions.

Amount of funding

Total funding available is $313,050. The maximum amount of naloxone doses that applicants are eligible to receive will be determined by geographic service area and identified need.
