Purpose

The Tribal Transportation Safety Management System Steering Committee is offering a pilot program for tribes to implement and test a tribal crash data system designed to improve crash data collection and analysis capabilities. In addition, the Steering Committee is working to collect and identify best practices for collecting, analyzing, and sharing data.

Federally recognized tribes are eligible to apply.

Application process

Tribes may complete the online questionnaire/pilot program application or download the form and email it to tribalcrashdata@qk4.com.

The form is an application and a survey in one. Tribes are encouraged to complete the questionnaire even if they decided not to participate in the pilot.
