National Community Care Corps Local Models Program Inactive
Funding for innovative local models in which volunteers assist family caregivers, older adults, and adults with disabilities to help individuals maintain their independence and age in place. The program intends to fund local models that represent a diverse cross section of the United States in terms of geography; urban, rural, frontier, and tribal communities; and underserved and limited English-speaking populations.

Rural Maternity and Obstetrics Management Strategies Program (RMOMS) Inactive

Funding for demonstration projects that will build, expand, and sustain organizational and community capacity in Native American communities to deliver services to victims of severe forms of human trafficking.

Living Language Grant Program (LLGP) Inactive

Grants to tribal colleges and universities for research projects that address concerns and needs of tribal and reservation communities, including projects that focus on health, environment, and agricultural production needs of remote reservation communities through research.

Funding to support the development of models of comprehensive and sustainable dementia care and services in tribal and urban Indian communities. Models should be responsive to the needs of persons living with dementia and their caregivers.

American Indians Accessing Health Professions Workshop Inactive
