Bus and Bus Facilities Infrastructure Program
Grants to assist in the financing of buses and bus facilities capital projects, including replacing, rehabilitating, purchasing, or leasing buses or related equipment, and rehabilitating, purchasing, constructing, or leasing bus-related facilities. A minimum of 15% of the total program funding will be awarded to projects located in rural areas.

Kerr Foundation Grants

Community Economic Development Planning Grants
Funding for community development corporations to build administrative capacity to design a sustainable business project and package a competitive grant application. An application should be submitted in a Community Economic Development competition within the 12 months of the end of the project period. Applications from rural areas are encouraged.
