Grants to support research aimed at reducing health disparities by researchers at Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Hispanic Serving Institutions, Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-Serving Institutions, and Tribal Colleges and Universities. The purpose of the program is to support researchers at minority serving institutions that are exploring how the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services can better meet the healthcare needs of racial and ethnic minorities, people with disabilities, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with limited English proficiency, rural populations, and individuals adversely affected by persistent poverty or inequality.
