Great Plains Center for Agricultural Health Community-Track Pilot Project Grants
Grants for community-based nonprofit organizations that are working to prevent agricultural injury and illness through training and educational campaigns. Priority will be given to projects addressing mental health; chemical safety; and slips, trips, falls, and traumatic injury prevention.

Closing the Gap with Social Determinants of Health Accelerator Plans
Funding to collaborate with multi-sectoral partners to develop an implementation-ready Social Determinants of Health Accelerator Plan to reduce disparities in health outcomes related to chronic disease in a tribal jurisdiction, community, or catchment area. Health disparity populations include rural and tribal communities, among others.
