November is National Critical Infrastructure Security and Resilience Month. To raise awareness, the 405(d) team, a public-private partnership between the US Department of Health and Human Services and private industry, has created a toolkit that can help rural healthcare and public health organizations communicate about the importance of cybersecurity to their critical infrastructure. The ready-to-use communication and educational resources can be used to by rural facilities to inform staff about how they can prepare for and prevent cybersecurity incidents, to which rural and underserved areas may be most vulnerable.
