The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is requesting information to inform future activities that support health equity in tobacco prevention and control among certain population groups. Factors impacting the disparity population groups include age, disability, rural/urban status, income, race/ethnicity, and educational attainment, among other things. Information must be submitted to the CDC by March 23, 2020.
