Notice from the Department of Health and Human Services extending the July 30, 2020 notice to prevent hoarding of health and medical resources necessary to respond to COVID-19 pandemic. Also updates the list of scarce or threatened materials to include certain classes and sizes of hypodermic needles and syringes. This action is effective February 1, 2021, and terminates June 30, 2021.
