Who Are the Remaining Uninsured, and What Do Their Characteristics Tell Us About How to Reach Them?
Examines the characteristics of people who remained uninsured in 2015, one year after implementation of the Affordable Care Act's main coverage provisions and after 2 marketplace open enrollment periods. Uses data from the 2015 Current Population Survey Annual Social and Economic Supplement, including socioeconomic and demographic characteristics and insurance eligibility, with breakdowns by urban and rural locations.
