New Mexico Healthy Kids Healthy Communities (FY 2017-18)
Provides scorecard data on the results of New Mexico's Healthy Kids Healthy Communities (HKHC) initiative to improve access to healthy food and physical activity opportunities in rural, frontier, and tribal communities in the state. The program focused on cooking lessons, community gardens, healthy food sites, walking/biking routes, and active outdoor spaces.
