Analyzes American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) age-adjusted mortality rates before and after linking with Indian Health Service (IHS) health records and adjusting for racial misclassification in Oklahoma from 1991 to 2015. Examines differences in misclassification by gender, age, race, geography, and cause of death. Includes practice and policy implications.
