Policy memorandum offering guidance to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services officers in regard to H-1B foreign medical graduates who received a waiver of the 2-year foreign residence requirement through practicing medicine in response to the COVID-19 public health emergency. Provides information on assessment of full-time work requirements for these physicians during the pandemic, and outlines circumstances in which they are allowed to offer telehealth services.
