Discusses pilot programs for behavioral health data
exchanges between states. Addresses challenges for sharing
behavioral health information electronically due to privacy
protection laws at the state level. Reports on an
intrastate pilot test in New Mexico on the transfer of
information between two clinics (one behavioral health and
the other primary care) in a rural setting.
