Describes the work of the Chuuk Women's Council founded in Chuuk in the Federated States of Micronesia. This organization's primary focus is to support education for all children regardless of gender, and to support the advancement of women who have not completed school. The council also provides information about prevention of chronic and non-communicable diseases and supports legislation that protects women and girls from domestic violence.
