Summarizes the findings from a national survey of school based healthcare centers (SBHCs) with emphasis on the growth of SBHCs across the U.S. This report includes the type of health services SBHCs offer, how they are integrated within the community healthcare system, their sustainability efforts, and how they measure for accountability. Survey covers both rural and urban areas and is conducted every 3 years. Includes rural case studies for Arkansas, North Carolina, and West Virginia.
