Hillsdale County Drug Treatment Court

• Program Overview: On a case-by-case basis, the Hillsdale County Drug Treatment Court offers misdemeanor drug defendants the opportunity to enter a two-year court-supervised rehabilitative program instead of probation or other corrective sentences. Participants are connected to resources that help them achieve sobriety and gain employment, but they must meet strict requirements of sobriety in order to stay in the program. The Drug Treatment Court has received funding from local foundations and government agencies.
