Stakeholders Involved in Evaluation
When a rural organization partners with a philanthropy, the key stakeholders involved in the evaluation include:
- The rural organization or funded entity
- The philanthropy (and possibly other funders)
- Project partners, depending on their role in the project
- An independent organization that may be contracted by the philanthropy to conduct an evaluation or provide evaluation technical assistance to the rural organization
Depending on the goals of the evaluation, many other stakeholders will be involved, including those participating in the project and those impacted by the project.
