Telehealth Models to Increase Access to Care Among Specific Populations

Certain populations living in rural and underserved areas may face additional barriers to accessing healthcare services. Rural communities are implementing telehealth models designed to help serve specific populations. These telehealth models help make healthcare services more accessible and address barriers to care experienced by these populations.
