HUD Community Compass Technical Assistance and Capacity Building
Funding for technical assistance and capacity building activities to help organizations implement HUD programs successfully and sustainably, as well as provide effective administrative and managerial oversight of HUD funding. This includes building the capacity of rural organizations that provide services in the areas of housing, housing counseling, economic empowerment, educational advancement, health, wellness, and family self-sufficiency.

Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program Community Selection
As part of the Continuum of Care program, HUD will select up to 25 communities to participate in the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program to develop and execute a coordinated community approach to preventing and ending youth homelessness. At least 8 of the selected communities will be rural. Applicants must be a collaborative registered through the most recent Continuum of Care Program.

Resident Opportunity and Self Sufficiency Service Coordinator Program
Grants to fund service coordinators to assist residents of public and Indian housing in making progress towards economic self-sufficiency, including the provision of job training, employment, adult education, housing, and health resources.

HUD Distressed Cities and Persistent Poverty Technical Assistance (DCTA) Program

Continuum of Care Program Collaborative Applicant Registration (CoC) Inactive
The Continuum of Care Program provides grants for community collaboration projects that assist individuals and families who are homeless by providing supportive care services, transitional housing, and permanent housing. Projects must designate a collaborative applicant and successfully complete a collaborative registration process to be eligible to apply for funding.
