Minnesota International Medical Graduates Residency Preparation Program – BRIIDGE
A 9-month residency preparatory program for international medical graduates in Minnesota. Training consists of inpatient, outpatient, community, and classroom components designed to optimally prepare participants to succeed in residency programs.

Minnesota Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Training Grant
Grants for the development of new or existing pediatric mental health training programs that are located in outpatient primary care clinics in Minnesota.

AHRQ Safety Program for Telemedicine
Free learning cohorts of healthcare professionals who use telemedicine as a care delivery model. The 2024 cohort will begin in June 2024 and will focus on appropriate antibiotic use while maintaining patient satisfaction and reducing potential side effects in patients seen via telemedicine. Providers and practices from rural communities are encouraged to apply.

Helping Hands Grant Program
Grants to encourage medical students to participate in community service activities, particularly those focused on underserved populations; raise awareness of mental illness and the importance of early recognition of illness; and build an interest among medical students in psychiatry and working in underserved communities. Projects should focus on mental health and substance use disorder.

Illinois Emergency Medical Services Assistance Fund
Funding for programs, services, and equipment for Emergency Medical Services in the state of Illinois.

Marva Jean Jackson Rural Community Health Scholarship Grants
Small grants to assist rural facilities and communities in developing or supporting local scholarship programs that will help pay for the training and education of local healthcare providers.

Mental Health Service Professional Demonstration Grant Program
Grants to support and demonstrate innovative partnerships to train school-based mental health services providers for employment in high need schools and local educational agencies.

Minnesota Rural and Underserved Clinical Rotations Grant Program
Grants to health professional training sites to add rural and underserved rotations or clinical training experiences, such as credential or certificate rural tracks or other specialized training, to existing clinical training programs.

Utah EMS Competitive Grants Program
Grants for improving the statewide delivery of emergency medical services in Utah with a focus on rural areas of the state.

Hermes Monato, Jr. Rural Health Essay Prize
An annual award for a rural health essay written by a student or recent graduate of any campus of the University of Wisconsin.
