Postdoctoral Training in General, Pediatric, and Public Health Dentistry Inactive
Grants to plan, develop, operate, or participate in, postdoctoral training programs in the fields of general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and dental public health. Programs should prepare postdoctoral trained dentists to improve access to and delivery of oral healthcare delivery to low income, underserved, uninsured, underrepresented minority, health disparity, and rural populations.

Primary Care Training and Enhancement: Residency Training in Primary Care (PCTE-RTPC) Program Inactive
To increase the distribution of primary care physicians in rural and underserved areas, this grant is designed to enhance accredited residency training programs in family medicine, general internal medicine, general pediatrics, or combined internal medicine and pediatrics (med-peds) in rural and/or underserved areas. Funds can also support the development of rural and/or underserved residency tracks within existing accredited residency programs.

A special emphasis is on demonstrating knowledge and understanding of the specific concerns of children, adolescents, and transitional-age youth in high need and high demand areas who are at risk for behavioral health disorders.

Networks for Oral Health Integration within the Maternal and Child Health Safety Net Inactive
Grants to improve access to and delivery of comprehensive, quality oral healthcare for children, 0–17 years of age, by testing and establishing models of care utilizing specified collective strategies including integrated service delivery, training of healthcare providers, and prevention.

Grants for innovative training programs that integrate behavioral healthcare into primary care, particularly in rural and underserved settings, with a special emphasis on the treatment of opioid use disorder.

Grants to strengthen primary care and the workforce by establishing fellowship programs to train community-based practicing primary care physician and/or physician assistant champions to lead healthcare transformation and enhance teaching in community-based settings.
