Summary
Notice of final rule from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) eliminating two time-limited state options in the Summer Electronic Benefits Transfer for Children (Summer EBT) program regulations that are obsolete. The eliminated provisions are related to Summer EBT application and income verification flexibilities for 2024. This rule is effective June 11, 2025.
