The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services is seeking comment on the following information collections: 1) Notice of Rescission of Coverage and Disclosure Requirements for Patient Protection under the Affordable Care Act; 2) Conditions of Participation for Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICFs-IID); and 3) Evaluation of Stakeholder Training and Program Support. Comments are due by July 17, 2025.
