CHRC to Assist RHTP Applicants

The Colorado Rural Health Center (CRHC) is offering training and technical assistance for organizations applying for the state's Rural Health Transformation Program funding. CRHC can support applicants with developing goals, the application process, budgeting, and more. Awarded applicants will continue to receive assistance during their project.
