Aug 13, 2019 - Request for comments from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on a proposed information collection, Comprehensive HIV Prevention and Care for Men Who Have Sex with Men of Color. The study is intended to support health departments in developing and implementing demonstration projects to provide human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) prevention and care by collaborating with healthcare providers and community organizations. Comments are due October 15, 2019.

Aug 13, 2019 - The spread of Hepatitis A is following the opioid epidemic and is especially challenging to control in rural areas. While the virus is most prevalent among drug users and homeless, it is spreading to the general population; public health officials are working to administer vaccinations.
