West Tennessee Healthcare Collaborative Improves Behavioral Health Patients’ Access to Care, Reduces Stigma
Sep 27, 2018 - Details the work of the West Tennessee Healthcare Collaborative to identify and address behavioral health issues that impact the community. Among other things, the collaboration trained people in the use of naloxone, including in rural areas, created a space to treat pregnant women with substance use disorders in a rural area, and implemented telehealth to improve access to care.
